Jill Dannis

Jill comes to the Erb Institute after working for 8 years in the nonprofit sector across a variety of mission areas, including LGBTQ+ youth suicide prevention at The Trevor Project, access to higher education for LGBTQ+ students at Point Foundation, and diversity, equity and inclusion at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Her professional interests live at the intersection of human capital and corporate social responsibility, with particular interests in design thinking and equity analytics for building healthier and more just workplaces.

Jill is a Consortium member, ROMBA fellow, Forte Fellow, Co-President of the Out for Business LGBTQ+ club at Ross and VP of Professional Development for Net Impact. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University, where she studied sociology and the environment. Outside of work and school, Jill enjoys cycling, hiking, concerts, and spending time with her partner and pets.
