Jay is currently an Engagement Manager, at McKinsey & Company. Jay has a broad interest in topics at the intersection of business and environment but is particularly keen on two areas: 1) Helping organizations develop sustainable business strategies informed by emerging global megatrends and 2) Promoting awareness on the economic value of biodiversity and ecosystem services. Prior to graduate school, Jay spent three years with Palladium Group, Inc., a leading strategy execution consultancy. During this time he helped clients in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors implement balanced scorecard management systems and navigate a variety of organizational alignment and change management issues. Jay spent three and a half years selling and implementing colorectal cancer screening programs to hospitals and primary care clinics throughout Northern California. Jay earned his BA in Neuroscience from Middlebury College.
