Prior to Erb, Francesca was living in Colorado and working as the community engagement coordinator for a non-profit dedicated to protecting, completing, and promoting a national scenic trail. She has also spent time working in field ecology and geology, social science research, and on public lands advocacy. Francesca earned a BA in Earth Science and Ecology from Dartmouth College. As she pursues her dual degree from SEAS and Ross, Francesca is focusing on environmental policy and building her understanding of how business decision-making can be beneficial to conservation, policy, and work in the non-profit sector. After graduate school, she is interested in a career in public lands policy, management, and advocacy, with a goal of increasing community engagement and equitable access to federal public lands.
