Senior Sustainability Researcher
Colton comes to the Erb Institute with a background in Supply Chain, Project Management, and ESG reporting. He is passionate about improving sustainability in the supply chain of food and agriculture. He is also interested in addressing climate change and environmental justice through innovative and disruptive business models.
Colton currently works as an Environmental Sustainability Specialist at Domino’s Pizza.
Outside of school and work, Colton is an avid hiker, writer, gardener, and pet owner.
