Prior to joining Erb, Catherine spent 3.5 years in public sector consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton where she provided strategy, programmatic, and communications insights for a variety of federal agencies, including the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense, focused on progressive environmental and energy-focused initiatives.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with an MS/MBA, Catherine hopes to work in the climate and energy tech space, whether via startup or in venture capital. She is also interested in corporate sustainability and the relationship between sustainable transitions and business resiliency. She holds a BA in Government and in Environmental Science from Dartmouth College. Catherine moved to Ann Arbor from Seattle where she could often be found backpacking, skiing, climbing, and running in her free time.
