Caroline Hubbard
MBA/MS Candidate
Class of 2028
Before joining the Erb Institute, she worked as a management and implementation consultant, where she learned the value of empowering diverse voices and leveraging cross-functional collaboration to improve business outcomes. Outside of work, she spent her free time hiking, skiing, rock climbing, and backpacking through the Rocky Mountains in her home state of Colorado, as well as road-tripping across the American West to visit national parks. These formative experiences deepened her commitment to preserving access to the outdoors for future generations.
As a member of the Erb Institute and a Forté Fellow and Dean’s Fellow at the Ross School of Business, Caroline is motivated to serve as a steward of both the environment and her communities. She looks forward to collaborating with business leaders to build a more inclusive, globally connected, and sustainable future.
Caroline holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
