Anna Coldham

Anna is a Presidential Management Fellow with the National Park Service, facilitating land acquisition and working to coordinate and improve sustainability efforts across the pacific west region. Prior to joining the Park Service, Anna worked with senior management at a national insurance carrier to design and implement a company-wide, collaborative sales planning process. As a consultant with Project Performance Corporation, Anna managed the design and implementation of a database that supports the U.S. Department of Energy Industrial Technologies Program, and developed performance metrics for an office within the National Nuclear Security Administration. While at Michigan, Anna focused on organizational strategy, dispute resolution and behavior change. To complement her studies, she served on the Erb student advisory board, was a facilitator for the student component of the Erb Institute’s strategic planning process, led the development of the Erb Peer Coaching program and served as an advisor to the U of M Dispute Resolution Center. Anna also participated in the Ross-Fulbright negotiations program in Bulgaria and was a GSI for Natural Resource Conflict Management and Negotiating Skills in Environmental Dispute Resolution. Her master’s practicum evaluated company culture as a guide to the design of corporate sustainability initiatives. Presently located in the San Francisco bay area, Anna enjoys training for triathlons, traveling, coaching, making movies and working with disadvantaged youth. Anna holds a BA in Economics from Carleton College.
