As the Associate Director for Student and Alumni Affairs, Andrea leads the Erb Institute’s student programs and alumni engagement experiences.  In her role, she manages the Erb Fellows undergraduate program and the MBA/MSA dual degree program, as well as co-curricular and community building offerings.

With over 15 years of experience creating and supporting transformational educational programs at the University of Michigan, she brings a creative and innovative mindset to design meaningful learning communities. She leads with empathy and compassion in creating inclusive and accessible spaces and believes in the power of business education to make the world a better place for all.   Andrea brings extensive experience with academic advising, career counseling, professional mentoring, and wellness coaching, and is excited to partner with students to support their business and sustainability journeys.

As an undergraduate, Andrea pursued sustainability from an interdisciplinary lens, integrating public policy, international development, and urban planning. Her favorite sustainability topics include environmental justice, community design, access to green spaces, food systems, and water quality. Born and raised in Michigan’s thumb, she is an advocate for the Great Lakes and encourages students to explore the area’s unique ecosystem.

Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking in all seasons, photography, and live music.
