Aaron is interested in general management and strategy and joined Erb to focus on environmental policy, particularly national and state climate-change policy. He is interested in how these policies will affect businesses and how different industries, particularly manufacturers, can most efficiently integrate climate change legislation into their day-to-day operations in a cost-effective and competitive manner. Prior to attending the University of Michigan, Aaron served for 9 years in the US Army Signal Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. He was stationed in Germany for two years, spent 7 months in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1997 and 7 months in Iraq in 2004. At Ross, Aaron is a Tauber Institute for Global Operations fellow and spent last summer at GE Aviation working on a business case for an advanced composite turbine engine part innovation. He received his undergraduate at Florida State University in Management Information Systems and enjoys cycling, reading, and hiking.
