Sara’s professional career has been dedicated to launching and leading programs in multiple, diverse environments, including Fortune 500 companies, private firms, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations.

At Kaiser Permanente, she’s leading the introduction of KP’s new model of care delivery to the Northwest which integrates building design, cutting edge technology and patient-centered workflows. This work builds on her experience of integrating the City of Portland’s business-oriented sustainability programs and leading strategic design initiatives for Procter and Gamble while at Ziba Design,  an international consulting firm focused on product and member experience design. In addition to an MBA and MS from the Erb Institute’s dual degree program, Sara has a BA in cultural anthropology from Amherst College.
