Mike is interested in greening supply chains, waste reduction, and corporate sustainability incentives. Prior to joining the Erb Institute, Mike worked for J.Crew Group in New York as a senior labor and payroll analyst on their Store Operations team. There he focused on creating labor models to staff each type of J.Crew store along with forecasting and budgeting for payroll and designing and implementing new, metric-driven incentive models for J.Crew’s store associates. Mike hopes to leverage his inside knowledge of a retail firm and successful incentive programs as he moves forward into the for-profit, sustainable space. In his spare time, Mike has traveled to over 20 countries around the world, chasing adventure and enjoying new cultures.
