ClimateAI is on a mission to accelerate resilience in supply chains. The company launched the first of its kind Enterprise Climate Platform to help agriculture supply chains adapt to climate change and improve global food security. ClimateAi has trained its focus on the Food & Agriculture sector – arguably the most sensitive to the impacts of anthropogenic climate change. ClimateAi unparalleled team of data and climate scientists collaborates with our global engineering, business, and product talent to build Ai-powered tools to guide operational (0-6 months) and strategic (1-50 years) adaptation of global food supply systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s problems and how our platform can meet those needs.
  • Own the technical aspects of our sales process, serving as the subject matter expert on our product and customer value.
  • Develop strong customer relationships; be seen not just as our product expert but an advisor on climate strategy in general.
  • Serve as the strategy nucleus for ClimateAi: assess new segments, establish the GTM motion, and execute initial sales.
  • Serve as the voice of customer in product development.
  • Drive key growth initiatives, including pricing, channel partnerships, market insight, and customer discovery.
  • Help build the Solutions function: define and drive processes that will enable us scale.
  • Grow with us. We view this role as a foundational element of our business team, with opportunities to grow in Solutions, Product, Business Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in structured problem solving with customers, as evidenced by 2+ years experience in management consulting, an MBA, or similar
  • Comfort with ambiguity – take problems without a clear answer and define an answer using practical assumptions and defensible logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, including technical topics (e.g. data science concepts), as evidenced by cross-functional professional experiences.
  • Open to diverse experience levels, from 3+ years in a fast-paced environment (e.g. management consulting, start-up) to 5-7 years with an MBA
  • Background and/or network in Food & Agriculture, climate science, or data science is a plus.
  • Most importantly, a passion for climate change solutions.
