By 2040, BNEF projects EVs reach 74% total passenger vehicle sales in North America, up from 12% in 2025. The NAM eMobility org, a highly visible, high-growth area for Schneider Electric, is seeking an eMobility Project & Offer Quality leader with UL experience to join our Supply Chain team, who can ensure customer satisfaction & quality for the US Market, managing the complete scope of quality actions (in marketing, design, manufacturing, supply chain, services) for existing offers to improve the customer experience.



  • Manage the complete scope of quality actions (in marketing, design, manufacturing, supply chain, services, etc.) for existing offers to improve and maintain high caliber of excellence on customer experience, quality, reliability and safety activities
  • Ensures that the offer quality is architected to reach the satisfaction of future customers
  • Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets
  • Establish the Project Quality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and lead its execution
  • Guarantee the best application of the Project Management system of reference (OTM, PMP, PrMP, BLMP, COIN), context of new business fields/new customers, offer architecture complexity (Complex Project or Program, in OCP terminology)
  • Work closely with the IEC and China eMobility R&D leaders
  • Act as a coach and quality expert to reach customer promises
  • Manage methods to inspect, test and evaluate products
  • Bring manufacturing stop or derogation proposals
  • Ensure the risks are identified, develop action to mitigate risks
  • Support the product owner by capturing customer needs, in order to feed application development
  • Support design and industrialization to achieve a robust offer with above standard reliability goals
  • Make sure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project
  • Define quality targets for offer
  • Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement and drives follow-up with factories
  • Set-up the surveillance plan and ensure timely execution
  • Guarantees the best application of the Offer Creation Processes (OTM, PMP, COIN, PEP) and the collaborative and function processes (ex: SSQM) Drive the quality problems resolution, deciding on stop of delivery and derogation
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Close and provide all means to get them protected in PEP
  • Ensures that the proper information is provided to the customer in case of quality problem, offer evolution and withdrawal

Background Characteristics

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA desired or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Lean 6 sigma/ reliability belt is a plus
