Location: Continental Europe, UK, East Coast USA


Manage the continued development, user adoption, and monetization of CXB Hub’s flagship tech tool: Initial time commitment is 8 hours/week, with expectation that this role will ramp up to 16-24 hours per week starting in January 2022.


  • Design and roll-out growth hacking strategies (i.e. email and LinkedIn campaigns, content/product marketing, advertising) to grow product user base
  • Refine go-to-market strategy (including user acquisition plan and revenue model) with CXB Hub co-founder and CEO; assist in pitches to potential investors
  • Host workshops with pilot users and CXB Hub team to refine product vision and enrich the tool
  • Write user stories and manage technical development of the third version of the product by software engineering team

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with technology project or product management
  • 5-8 years of experience in a business setting interacting with clients
  • Experience growth hacking for a startup or in web marketing/advertising
  • Good commercial understanding of pricing and revenue strategies
  • Degree in technology and/or business

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing a technology product in a startup environment
  • UX or product design skills
  • Experience conducting qualitative research and leading workshops
  • Practical knowledge of customer experience industry and principles
