By 2040, BNEF projects EVs reach 74% total passenger vehicle sales in North America, up from 12% in 2025. Given the confluence of a multitude of favorable market conditions coupled with the urgency of the climate crisis, the stage is set for committed players to drive this shift. The NAM eMobility org, a highly visible, high-growth area for Schneider Electric, is seeking a challenge and purpose-oriented eMobility Offer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As the flagbearer of the AC EV charger offer, this strategic position will own the future offer management for the AC Pro EV Charger adaptation in North America, as well as future offer management for residential charging, driving a greater vision for teams to create innovative offers in home and building applications.



  • Manage the entire AC Pro & Home EV Charger product life cycles, including the validated requirements
  • Identify EV Charging business opportunities from market/customer/country
  • Identify new technological opportunities and feed the product roadmap
  • Commit the product strategy in North America, synchronizing with other Global eMobility countries
  • Utilize standard industry-wide applicable marketing techniques such as defining and managing the marketing mix of the offer with new and advanced frameworks (design thinking to develop stronger value propositions for our customers)
  • Prepare the launch strategy & create the launch tools
  • Transfer the project / offer accountability
  • Get a clear & updated understanding of the offer’s environment & performances
  • Adapt and deploy the pricing strategy
  • Define business model (life cycle value creation / capture through sales and monetization models, including Services / OPEX) and configuration capabilities for mass-customization, marketing, sales, production, services, and support
  • Help develop business models, capabilities, processes, and tools to a customer-driven age, with roots in customer-centricity and intelligent product configurability
  • Build the capability to respond to wide and fragmented market demand at a rapid pace
  • Contribute to overall strategy and initiatives and drives innovation and digital customer experience
  • Contribute to developing strategic cases & building onto them for future success
  • Identify, profile, and evaluate initiatives for growth of the market share
  • Prepare & implement business cases/action, weaving the market view inside the organization to guarantee a customer centric approach and a fast integration of market needs
  • Responsible of defining and deploying the marketing mix: value proposition, go to market and geographies, pricing, promotion
  • Responsible of the range evolution: from specification, development, launch, adaptation, withdrawal
  • For new offers, work together with the project manager, maintaining the responsibility of the project execution, time to market, and budget
  • Define the partnership strategy and models
  • Validate the technical, industrial and supply chain choices, in concert with R&D and CS&Q
  • Support Marketing and Communications leads to validate promotion material, tools, sales enablement, and demand generation engines
  • Define the yearly country target (Sales, margin, investment, pricing) in collaboration with the commercial team, subsequently monitoring achievement
  • Oversee competitive analysis related to range of product (value proposition, market share, pricing, & customer acquisition)

How you’ll enrich our team

  • Contribute to business case strategy for North America and suggest/share area(s) of improvement in marketing activities needed for bigger pull creation
  • Understand market trends, technology landscape, competitors’ landscape, start-up ecosystem, industry/country specific codes and standards cycles, and macro-financial aspects to build a robust, high value added and healthy offer roadmap
  • Drive marketing and offer management initiatives for NAM eMobility business, while creating real values for direct/indirect customers
  • Help Schneider Electric deliver personalized offerings throughout the customer lifecycle to achieve an improved customer retention rate, higher profitability, and faster time to market
  • Develop the tools and methods, to improve the capability to respond quickly to changing demand in the EV Charging space
  • Streamline communication between the production, delivery, and service
  • End-to-end offer approach to deepen relationship with customer, managing configurable EV charging through their life cycle, helping us sell more, launch new products quicker, improve supply chain processes and provide exceptional services


Background Characteristics

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA desired or equivalent industry experience
  • B2B marketing background with exposure to Industrial Automation/Motor Management
  • Sales/Marketing experience (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, EV industry)
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including utilizing financial and business reporting tools to build stories using data to articulate and present
  • Strong ability to visualize, identify & formulate scenarios
  • Experience in identifying real needs with stakeholders (internal & external), understand market dynamics, & competitive actions
  • Hands-on experience with pricing management, EV industry references, project, and portfolio management tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, & networking skills
  • Ability to excel in transversal role, lead & implement new initiatives, maintaining a high-level of contribution, as an integral part of a startup culture within an established corporate cross-cultural team
