Overview

Salesforce is looking for an Operation Manager to join our Net Zero Marketplace team. We need someone who is energetic, highly collaborative and passionate about the environmental impact and sustainability.

You will work with a small team of exceptional customer focused team mates to run the day to day operation of the B2B commerce site, supporting corporate buyers get carbon credits they need.

Responsibilities

In this role, we need someone who can:

  • Create and maintain robust and accurate product catalog for the B2B commerce site
  • Manage product inventory to ensure availability of products are accurate
  • Manage customer accounts and address any customer inquiries and escalations
  • Manage orders and ensure orders are valid and accurate
  • Manage Stripe invoicing to ensure orders are processed and suppliers are paid
  • Work with carbon credit suppliers to ensure buyers needs are addressed
  • Proactive in foreseeing issues and resolve them before it happens

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required in management or related fields
  • 3+ years experience working in a commerce operation team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be nimble, proactive, comfortable working with minimal specifications
